=== Getting Started in Atomic Wasteland ===

Welcome, survivor! Here's how to get going:

1. Create your character
   When you first connect, you'll go through character creation.
   You'll distribute points across your SPECIAL stats (Strength,
   Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck).
   Type allocate to manage your stat points, then allocate confirm.

2. Explore Haven
   Haven is the central hub. Look around with look. Key locations:
   - Mission Board (north) — accept missions
   - Trader's Stall (east) — buy and sell gear
   - Wasteland Clinic (south) — heal up and remove rads
   - Wasteland Gate (west) — exit to the wastes

3. Accept a mission
   Head to the Mission Board and type missions list to see available
   missions. Use missions accept <id> to take one on.

4. Enter a dungeon
   Missions send you into dungeons. Type dungeon enter <theme> at the
   Wasteland Gate to enter (e.g., dungeon enter vault).

5. Fight, loot, survive
   Use attack <target> to fight enemies. Open containers with open.
   Pick up loot with get <item>. Use aid items with use <item>.

6. Return and turn in
   Type dungeon leave to return to Haven, then missions turnin <id>
   to collect your reward.

Key Commands:
  look          — look around
  stats         — view your SPECIAL, HP, level, rads
  inventory     — check your items (shortcut: i)
  equip <item>  — equip a weapon or armor
  use <item>    — use a consumable (stimpak, radaway, etc.)
  attack <npc>  — start combat
  flee          — escape from combat
  missions      — view your active/completed missions
  perks         — view and manage your perks
  help          — browse all help topics
