=== S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Stats ===

Your character is defined by seven primary stats. During character
creation each ranges from 1 to 10 and you distribute 40 points.

After chargen, stats can be raised up to 15 by spending SPECIAL
points earned from leveling up (+1 per level, levels 2-50).
Use specialup to spend your points.

STR — Strength
  Affects melee damage. Each point above 5 adds +1 to melee/unarmed
  damage rolls. Important for Big Leagues perk users.

PER — Perception
  Awareness and accuracy. Unlocks perks like Rifleman and Locksmith.
  Important for spotting hidden things and ranged precision.

END — Endurance
  Determines your max HP (50 + END x 10). Also affects radiation
  resistance through perks. Higher END means more survivability.

CHA — Charisma
  Influences trading prices through the Cap Collector perk. Future
  systems may use CHA for dialogue and NPC interactions.

INT — Intelligence
  Unlocks science-related perks like Hacker and Scrapper. Future
  systems may grant bonus XP based on INT.

AGI — Agility
  Directly affects hit chance in combat. Each point of AGI
  difference gives +/- 3% hit chance. Also unlocks Gunslinger perk.

LCK — Luck
  Affects critical hit chance (LCK x 2%, up to 50%). Also unlocks
  Fortune Finder, Better Criticals, and Grim Reaper's Sprint.

Raising stats after chargen:
  You earn +1 SPECIAL point per level (levels 2 through 50).
  That's up to 49 bonus points. Each stat caps at 15.
  Use specialup <STAT> to spend points (e.g., specialup STR).
