Perks are special abilities that enhance your character. You earn
1 perk point every 2 levels.

Perk categories:
  Combat     — Gunslinger, Rifleman, Big Leagues, Toughness,
                Bloody Mess, Better Criticals, Adrenaline,
                Grim Reaper's Sprint
  Survival   — Rad Resistant, Life Giver
  Loot       — Scavenger, Fortune Finder
  Economy    — Cap Collector
  Utility    — Locksmith, Hacker, Scrapper
  Exploration — Explorer, Pathfinder

Perk ranks:
  Most perks can be ranked up multiple times. Each rank costs 1 point.
  Effects stack with each rank.

Requirements:
  Each perk requires a minimum level and certain SPECIAL stats.
  Use perks info <key> to see exact requirements.

Commands:
  perks              — overview of your perks and points
  perks list         — all perks with availability
  perks info <key>   — detailed breakdown of a specific perk
  perks pick <key>   — spend a point to acquire/upgrade a perk
